Nous partons de Lixouri à 9 h 30,
les Allemands sont partis avant nous. Nous suivons le fjord vers le sud
tournons vers l’ouest et longeons l’ile de Céphalonie par l’ouest, peu de vent
mais un peu de houle. Nous doublons les Allemands, ils vont moins vite que
nous. Navigation sans problème et nous arrivons à Ormos Atheras à 13 h 20. Nous
ancrons, nous sommes seuls mais cela ne va pas durer. Baignade et lunch. Danu,
le bateau des deux Allemands arrive un peu après et deux bateaux encore un peu
après. Nous sommes donc quatre bateaux, un Danois, un Allemand, un Norvégien et
un charter où les gens parlent français. Nous n’avons pas internet au bateau
donc pour faire le blog nous allons à la taverna, prenons un jus d’orange et
profitons de leur internet. Jens va ensuite en zodiac inviter les deux
Allemands à diner. Jens nous prépare un bon diner de côtelettes d’agneau et
pommes de terre, le tout au four. Je fais la salade. Ils arrivent à 7 h 30 en ramant contre le vent. Nous passons une
agréable soirée ensemble. Jürgen et Peter sont un peu plus âgés que nous et
naviguent ensemble depuis de nombreuses années. Leurs femmes préfèrent rester
en Allemagne. Ils apportent un cocktail que nous ne connaissons pas : du
Campari avec du jus d’orange, c’est très bon. Nous discutons bien, de bateau
évidemment. Jürgen nous apporte des photos qu’il a faites avec un drone. C’est
drôle de voir Hera II d’en haut, avec le parasol, le zodiac à côté et même les
vélos sur le quai à Lixouri. Merci à lui. Ils repartent dans le noir, mais
c’est plus facile de ramer, le vent s’est calmé. Toujours sympathique de rencontrer d’autres marins.

We leave Lixouri at 9:30 a.m., the Germans left before
us. We follow the fjord to the south, turn to the west and skirt the island of
Kefalonia from the west, little wind but a little swell. We overtook the
Germans, they are slower than us. Navigation without problem and we arrive at
Ormos Atheras at 1:20 p.m. We anchor, we are alone but it will not last.
Swimming and lunch. Danu, the boat of the two Germans arrives a little later
and two yachts still a little later. So
we are four boats, a Dane, a German, a Norwegian and a charter where people
speak French. We don't have internet on the boat so to do the blog we go to the
taverna, have an orange juice and take advantage of their internet. Jens then
goes in the dinghy to invite the two Germans to dinner. Jens prepares us a good
dinner of lamb chops and potatoes, all in the oven. I make the salad. They
arrive at 7:30 a.m. rowing against the wind. We spend a pleasant evening
together. Jürgen and Peter are a bit older than us and have been sailing
together for many years. Their wives prefer to stay in Germany. They bring a
cocktail that is new for us: Campari with orange juice, it's very good. We
discuss well, boat obviously. Jürgen brings us photos he took with a drone.
It's funny to see Hera II from above, with the parasol, the zodiac next to it
and even the bicycles on the quay in Lixouri. Thanks to him. They set off again
in the dark, but it's easier to row, the wind has calmed down. Always nice to meet other sailors.
